Please note that any shipping or handling charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable. 1-Year Warranty:
In addition to our refund policy, TYB Enterprises Inc. provides a comprehensive 1-year warranty for all vSeeBox. This warranty covers any malfunctions or defects in materials or workmanship, excluding any damage caused by mishandling or physical damage.
If you encounter any issues with your vSeeBox device within the first year of purchase, please contact our customer support team. We will be happy to assist you in troubleshooting the problem and providing a resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we may request you to return the device for further inspection and repair.
Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or care, or any modifications made to the device without prior authorization from TYB Enterprises Inc.
